Diagnose library, projections, token store, state.db, and GET /v1/health.

skl doctor

What it writes

Does not mutate skills, dests, or state.db. May show the one-time sticky extras prompt and then write [targets] if you accept.

Prints api_base, health, token presence and source, config and state.db status, home roots, symlink probe, current-project skills.toml modes, and warn-only notes for old project layouts, host-absolute manifest paths, and dests that do not match this machine's library.

Health probe times out after 3 seconds.

Errors

Doctor itself returns success after printing. Prompt skip conditions match setup (CI, SKL_NO_PROMPT, SKL_YES, non-TTY).
