skl targets

Show or edit the extra agent directories that every skl use on this machine writes to. They are stored under [targets].extra in ~/.config/skl/config.toml.

Synopsis​

skl targets
skl targets add <id>...
skl targets remove <id>...

Subcommands​

  • No subcommand. Print .agents/skills and the saved extras.
  • add <id>.... Save one or more agent ids. Rejects agents, and rejects ids such as cursor and codex whose project directory is already .agents/skills.
  • remove <id>.... Remove ids. Accepts the alias claude for claude-code.

What it writes​

add and remove rewrite [targets].extra in config.toml. Listing writes nothing.

Errors​

  • local state: <id> uses project .agents/skills (already the canonical dest); extras are only for custom project dirs (e.g. claude-code)
  • local state: unknown target <id> (custom catalog ids, e.g. claude-code)
  • config: ... when the config directory cannot be resolved.
